First, you kill a wild turkey.

Then you breast it out.

Marinate in Tony's and honey for several hours.

Wrap in thick sliced bacon.

Put in an ovenbag.

Bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours

I have actually never tried it on a domesticated turkey..lol..

Its some good shit though. Definitely worth cooking.

Yes. One of my friend's brothers owned a spider monkey, no joke. One day, it went nuts, biting everyone and shit, so my friend grabbed it, threw it into their bedroom and locked the door. It went crazy for a few hours before calming down and sleeping. They opened the door, and EVERYTHING was destroyed. Monkey shit and piss all over the walls and floor, the place was wrecked.

Shit looks delicious, too bad they only sell turkey breast on the bone here will have to see if I can find it boneless somewhere.

I could probably cut it off the bone but I would fuck it up somehow

My Gma's property always seems to have quite a few turkeys, I don't think anyone in my family turkey hunts though....

Naw, my Gma actually lives in IL. REALLY small town by the name of Odin, IL. But yeah I am pretty sure there are alot of turkey out in that area.


She has about 75acres, 2acre pond, chickens, goats, a donkey.....etc
