Crunk bringing in new members?

Is the plan to get members on here or are we trying to keep the user list low?

If I'm thinking about this correctly, being that we are more private with an entrance screen, I don't think the google spider can link information to the web.

I could be wrong, or perhaps this is intentional. I honestly don't care either way, but if we want to add to the user pool, we may have to rethink the entrance.

No, I love the entrance....not saying change it...just doesn't seem like google is getting as much info as it could.

As for google and new members I don't think many of us care either way. I did open up a few forums to guests just to see what would happen but it only allows google to scan 1-2 pages before it asks you to register so it is not optimized very well for that you could say :laugh:

you sir are correct...looks like I just need to hit some of the threads harder. My thought it to get some of the more popular type threads to the top of the spider's list and then add peoples.

Honestly, I'm happy with our members, just thinking it may keep the forum moving more constant.

What we need is someone up in this bitch that knows some photoshop that can rig something up for us. My graphic and coding skills suck so we are on a limited budget here and probably will not see anything that great here for a while as it is a 'for fun' site and not something I will drop 3-400 bucks on for a nice looking design for the forum.

Well basically code a skin for the forum with a better logo and then I need it sliced and coded. For a decent design and coding it would cost 2-300 + I figured another $100 for some small custom coding to be added to the site such as getting work mode to work in the arcade avatars.

To be honest though I would be happy with a better logo which if I can find someone to trade me some hosting for logo work I can get done. Unfortunately not many designers want to barter $300+ on hosting services.
