Buy a rack mount pro audio amplifier.

Between Plate and Rack Amps?
There is none.
One is just a plate, and one is designed for a rack. Plates tend to be more HiFi, since most Rack amps are geared more toward the 'party' scene since they're made for DJs, and most of the time it's just raw volume rather than how good it sounds. Not saying rack amps can't sound good. Some sound great.

Seems like you don't find many shit cheap rack amps like you can with car audio amps, hence why the SQ seems to be fairly good on mostly all of them.
