One problem I have with diet is that I can't find foods I like.

When it comes to diet food I only like to eat:

grilled chicken
egg whites
steamed broccoli or Asparagus
wheat toast

I don't like fruit or other green veggies or fish, other stuff
I do like is off limits.

I get bored of eating the above, diet over within 2 weeks.

My brother went on an all-chicken diet. With a lot of rice... but he worked out every day for an hour or so.

Oh, and SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU PICKY BASTARD!
Expand your horizons you tunnel-minded bitch. $20 bucks says I could feed you a dozen fruits and if you were blind folded you'd love them.

I'd neg you if I could.

Well at least you like those foods..

Mind over food. Remember that.

Eating right is a lifestyle change.

Also you gotta come up with little recipes here and there. Can't stand cottage cheese? Mix that ish up with some sugar free jellow. There's a little example right there. I don't like a lot of foods I eat but fuck it all that shit is, is fuel. But you can eat healthy and tasty no doubt just gotta have the recipes.
I personally make simple shit. Mac 'n cheese throw in some chicken and tuna yum! If you need any tips just ask I'm currently studying to be a certified nutrition coach.

You misspelled Jello.

But, my brother only ate junk food before. Pizza, hamburgers, etc. He got really overweight, then he got Gout (minerals build up around your joints and it hurts like all hell.) So he started eating right. Started eating Chicken, rice, etc. Definitely worth the change. And most of the time he found he liked the taste of the food.

You can't get all your macro and micronutrients from only chicken and rice. There are a lot of dumb fucking diets out nowadays.

My uncle is on a diet where he eats 500 calories a day and takes some hormone.

A good plate to me would look like fish, baked potato, cup of mixed veggies. This is all subjective however to the persons goals and how their body reacts to certain macros.

Well skinless chicken is a great source of lean protein. I'm still a noob at nutrition my (serious) studying has just begun. And even then its just to cover the basic principles and science behind nutrition compared to a licensed dietitian.

I really wouldn't be surprised if there was an only chicken diet lol.

wanna know what worked for me to loose 60lbs?

lean cuisine. no fucking joke. i ate no breakfast, i ate a lean cuisine for lunch, and then ate some shit at home for dinner (usually consisted of a nice sammich from subway or quiznos or something like that in the range of 800-1000 calories)

the chicken lean cuisines are like less than 300 calories. bam. 60lbs gone without a single day of excersizerz.

ok, well i did stop drinking and eating fast food for the most part too, so that was a big help no doubt.

well i wasnt trying to say the lean cuisines are what made me loose weight, but more so the idea of cutting back.

the lean cuisines made it easy for me though since i didnt have to make my own food. id look at the picture, look at the calorie amount, and take it to work with me.

unfortunatly now i eat fast food like every day now, and i havent budged in weight. just maintaining. :( i should cut back...but the fazt foodz taste so good

I know people who live just off those foods and it can be done but it takes a lot more determination than I have unfortunately as it would be an extremely efficient and cheap way to eat.

People get the wrong idea with the word "diet". It's not always a good thing to cut back on food. Some people actually need to increase food intake in order to lose weight. Your body can actually go into a starvation mode when it's not getting the nutrients it needs to replenish itself on a daily basis. When this happens, your body starts to store every calorie that it is being given as body fat so it can build a storage. Many of my clients are surprized by the amount(and types) of food that they should be eating. I eat anywhere between 6000-8000 calories a day(depending on if it is a workout day or a rest day), and that's just for me to maintain my current weight.

The more times a day you eat the better off you are. Every time you eat, your metabolism spikes. So if you are eating throughout the day, your metabolism will stay at a higher rate throughout the day, which will burn more calories at a constant rate.

I forgot to mention, I'm a lazy fatass. Increasing food intake may not
work in my case.
