Can you explain more? I see celery and some seasoning (parsley maybe) I was always under the impression chicken soup was fairly good for you providing you do not salt it up with boullion (just use the chickens natural juices for broth)

Oh lol I know you are the nutrition guru so I was just asking.. A lot of people get a can of campbells with 1400mg of sodium and think it is good for them so I was just wondering if you had some inside to secret chicken diseases going around I might not be aware of :)

I also hate onions but love the taste. I just wrap it up in some cheesecloth and call it a day that way you get all the flavor with no actual nasty onion texture.
