I put some dry rub shit I got from a local BBQ place in mine. I also do the lipton thing in my turkey burgers now it is definately FTW providing you don't use too much.

Add egg when preparing the burgers. Right before you throw them on the grille, sautee or carmelize some onions, in small pieces. Cook your burgers, once they're almost done, put a spoonful of the onions on them, and a slice of cheese (cheddar or swiss are best) on top. Take off the grille, add horseradish sauce. Nom.

I threw an egg and 2 pieces of bread in mine tonight. Did great holding them together. They were deer burgers that i got processed at a new place this year and he adds a lot more fat than normal. Burgers wouldn't stay together worth a shit, but did well tonight.
