Some of our IT and all of our networking dept was taken over about a month ago. Starting about a week ago I started getting this which does not look like any type of Altaris deployment which is what we are used to.

Any ideas?

Weird. Looks like something an Adobe product would do, lol

Or maybe it is some of that stupid Dell Update manager software, or Sonic"RecordNow" update manager.
I am guessing it is one of those "free" programs that is packaged with the desktop when it was new.....maybe not

I always try to remove all of that crap off of company computers here at work when I am imaging them.

If so someone installed shit on here when I was off. We start all PC's we get with a fresh OS install and install the basics and build all futher PC's the same way using an image but you could be right something left over from some douche installing/uninstalling something.

Looks like enterprise class updating software. Rather than hoping that each and every person in the company updates, this runs a script to keep it installed on boot-up and will install and reboot for you. Keeps the IT department up-to-date on who is lagging, etc.

If you bring up the task manager you may be able to see what the .exe file is called running it and google it.
