Although this state has a 90 day waiting period for the Big D in case you change your mind, and he's got like 60 days to go. So for now, it's just legal separation. He's having the final papers drawn up next week while she's still willing to agree to most shit and not be a cunt about it. Then after the 60 days, his lawyer will file them and it's over.
