So I've had my license for a little over 2 weeks, but that's not really the main thing that concerns this question.
Anyways my parents don't want me driving other kids around because they say that if I get in an accident and any other kids get hurt or killed that their parents could sue my family. I make sure my friends ask their parents before they get in my car, so is this really a concern? I'm sure it's possible but I just wanted to see what others thought about it.

yes it is definitely possible. Two of my good friends who were best friends got in a wreck together. One family sued the other and now they never talk or see each other. I dont know your laws but in tennesse when you are 16 you can only have one passenger unless a parent is in the vehicle with you

Yeah I remember when i lived in cali I think you have to have your license for a year or something before you can drive others under a certain age that aren't family. Don't think there's a law like that here in PA.
