I have a few friends that text me from their ipod touches. I can text them back if i respond to the message, but I dont think i can save the number to text them whenever i want though because the number is different every time. Anyone know how you can send them a new text whenever without having one from them to respond to?

I'm guessing it has to do with the wireless networks IPS address they are connected to.

Actually, you can turn your Touch into a phone. Just get Skype and a set of earbuds with a mic and find some WiFi.
