Electric/gas powered shaver recommendations

I need an electric thing to shave my face. One I used to have would occasionally pull out a hair, which fucking hurt. I use a Mach 3 Turbo right now but I don't have the time to do that, plus I usually do it in the shower and mess up my fucking sweet sideburns.

What do you use? Would you recommend it? Any other suggestions? Non serious suggestions will be neg repped until my computer crashes.

I just need something to do the job quickly. I don't mind having a shave that isn't baby's bottom smooth, plus I like to cut girls with my stubble when I'm taking naps with them.

If you get one, remember that your face takes about two months to adjust to the new razor. It will hurt like a mofo for the first few months, and then get better. I used to have one, shaved like shit at first and it hurt like hell, kept with it and both aspects got better.

I have a Norelco Smart Touch XL which is the closest shave to a razor I have gotten. It's very close actually. I just changed the blades for the first time in 2 and a half years, although I don't shave my whole face (shape up). It was 200+ though. I will say that in my experience the 3 razor traditional shavers get closer than the horizontal blade shavers. If you want a clean close shave with a shaver, you'll have to shell out some cash.

Really? I've been using Norelco's for a decade now, and have not had an issue. However, you do need to change the blades every 4-6 months to keep them working properly. I use it every morning, and sometimes twice a day, if I go out at night, I have to shave again.

Never stated the model, but it's water proof too. Can use in the shower and/or rinse it off. Norelco 7110X. I'm serious about the blades too, every 4-6 months depending on your useage. If it starts pulling, it's probably time for new blades.

If you have a hairy neck, then an electric razor is probably not for you. If you have long stragglers it will grab them and cut them too. Pulling is hit and miss. I personally don't have any problems with neck hair, a little pull every now and then is worth it to me to not have to lather up and shave manually. I also keep my neck shaved, so all that is kept to a minimum.
