Was just planning on buying the Casein as it gets old eating cottage cheese every night. Then I saw the sales on the nearly expire/freshly expired stuff (everything else).
Had just ran out of protein bars so it was perfect timing.

Well last summer I went from 200-188. Bulked through the fall and got back up to 197. Drank too much (as usual) and decided to change it for good.
Started my strictest cut ever this Spring and have went from 197-181 currently. My goal is 175.
Honestly, a big part of it was me getting a public drunk and false id charges and going to jail. That cost me close to $600. I just don't view alcohol the same anymore so that saves me a TON of calories.
I think he has been doing steroids of some kind.

My room mate is all about some roids cause his bro and bro's friends stayed on them a lot. Sad thing is I am still stronger than few of them and i'm on a cut.
Room mate also thought he could get a 6 pack before me. He still doesn't have visible abs. Now he thinks he can do a cycle of roids and get bigger/stronger than me. Highly unlikely once again.
If you come here during the Fall you gotta give him hell about bangin the 16yo.

The past 2 1/2 months my diet has been this.
Approx 2000-2,250 calories a day, < 35g fat, 200g protein.
Simple carbs only after a workout.
The workout is a superset routine designed by junior. My favorite day is Chest/Back day. Gives an incredible upper body pump.
Day 1 - Chest and Back
Flat bench press(barbell or dumbell) - 2 warm-up sets of 15-20, 5 workout sets increasing weight each set 12-10-8-6-4
chin ups - (warm up first with 2 sets of wide grip pull downs of 15-20 reps.) then 4 workout sets of chin-ups 12-10-8-6
Incline bench press supersetted with(ss/w) wide grip pulldowns - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
pec dec ss/w close grip pulldowns - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
dumbell flyes ss/w seated row - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
Day 2 - Legs
warmup with 2 sets of 15-20 leg extensions
squats - 5 workout sets with increasing weight each set 12-10-8-6-4
stiff legged deadlifts - 5 workout sets with increasing weight each set 12-10-8-6-4
leg extensions ss/w leg curls - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
lunges ss/w good mornings - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
Day 3 - 45-60 minutes cardio
Day 4 - biceps and triceps
weighted parallel bar dips - 2 warmup sets of 15-20 reps, 5 workout sets increasing weight each time 12-10-8-6-4.
barbell curls - 2 warmup sets of 15-20 reps, 5 workout sets increasing weight each time 12-10-8-6-4
dumbell curls ss/w skull crushers - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
hammer curls or cross bodies ss/w tricep kickbacks - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
preacher curls ss/w tricep pushdowns - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
Day 5 - shoulders and calves
dumbell or barbell shoulder press - 2 warmup sets of 15-20 reps, 5 workout sets increasing weight each set 12-10-8-6-4
front raises ss/w rear delt raises - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
side raises ss/w seated calf raises - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
upright rows ss/w standing calf raises - 3 sets 10-12 reps.
behind the back barbell shrugs ss/w dumbell shrugs - 3 sets 10-12 reps.

I came across someone who said to put vanilla flavored protein into cottage cheese to make it taste better..So i tried it tonight..
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese + 1/2 scoop of the ON Creamy Vanilla Casein
It was DELICIOUS! Took away from the cottage cheese ooky texture and I actually loved it.
I threw some blueberries and grapes in there too.

Benched 275x7 yesterday.
Haven't lost too much strength considering I have dropped 17lbs since Feburary.
Maybe I can actually bench twice my bodyweight in the next year.

Started my fall/winter bulk back in mid-August.. Strength gains coming along nicely.
Although adding beer back into my diet has put on a couple more lbs than I should have gained. lawl.
Definitely going to be breaking some personal records in the next few months at a lower body weight. In squats, deadlifts, and shoulder press. Not sure about bench quite yet.

Same way I went from 16-17% to sub 10% this past summer.
Trying to squeeze in a few more lbs of muscle between now and January. Once 2010 begins shit gets serious again. Gonna drop around 6lbs the first two months and then slow it down.
