Do you think it does not look clean now? I have tried to keep hacks to a minimum as you have mentioned it only causes issue when upgrading.

The top 5 thing I have always liked at CA, makes it easy for to find recent threads on my blackberry when I have a couple minutes to browse instead of having to go into each forum.

I actually like it quite a bit. But, i know how easy it is to have things pile up, to spearhead new initiatives and forget to assess and follow up on old ones.

You end up with clutter.

I think it is crucial we have a clearly defined Mission and Values, and post them up. A constitution, i guess. Something we can always revert to so we don't lose sight of what we're all about and what is finding this community success.

And i think its something we should all be part of. By 'us' i mean the people from the original thread. We need to see that our vision is concrete. Sooner the better.
