I love teh Dales. Sodium in it is outrageous though.

They have low sodium. It only has 90% of daily value per serving.

I like to think the sodium "cooks off" and by the time it reaches my plate it is nothing but health food.

Well, you need a certain amount of sodium. I tend to think if I drink enough water it will dilute the sodium.

As much as you like grilling, you gotta try it.

I have to try Dales never even heard of it.. This week was Ah-So and Sweet Baby Rays Thick and Spicy on my grillinz.

I don't think even grilling you get the 2tblsp on the label so while it's not the best plain chicken gets really boring quickly. It's not like when I make 'pulled' chicken in the oven and it's swimming in the stuff just enough to give it some flavor.

Try basting while you grill...

Also, carolina treat is the best cooking sauce I have found. SBR is good, but its a finishing sauce.
