Tupperware or mason jar + refrigerator = should be ok for a week or two

Thats not canning :fyi:

Get some mason jars and lids, put your sauce in the jar(s), boil a pot of water about half as deep as the mason jars are in height, put the jars with your sauce in them in the water, make sure the lids are on well, pull the jars out and in a few minutes you should hear the seal "pop"

At least this is as much as I know about it... Might wanna search for better directions.

The vinegar may buy you some extra time, but the other hot sauces will have preservatives in them.
