How does the Crunk Powah meter work?

If you are familiar with rep on other forums it's basically the same thing. Depending on the quality of your posts it can go either way we are a tough crowd at times :laugh:

You can view it in mine and some others but I dunno what the difference is.. I will see if Tap can fix it.
