I am using this instead of the traditional Creatine. Its called Kre Alkalyn. Its in a capsule form instead of powder. I take 2 in the morning along with a multivitamin(centrum). then I take 1 post then one before bed.

and for Protein, i drink the Dymatize Gormet Elite mixed with 6oz of milk within 2 hrs of post.

I dont take any other supplements. I thought about taking Prohormal stuff but the risk of Guino is too high. So I decided not to,plus its bad for the liver and I like to drink booz so thats a no go for me.

I will post pics of myself later to show my results after 3 months use since ive been taking it that long.

Never heard of that creatine. Monohydrate woulda been fine and you would have saved $$.

And if your gonna use whey protein post-workout, it will get absorbed faster if you mix it with water instead of milk.

You have no use for prohormones right now.

I tried it with water the first day but I couldnt handle the taste. I kept wanting to bindge.


Still training, still skinny, but the results are pretty good. I gained about 10lbs. Getting really toned now, I can fill up my polos better.

I have no partners for working out, I had a few back in highschool which was 3years ago now, and they all bailed on me. Started working out again this year on my own self motivation. Havent stopped yet. I go to the gym every other day and skip sundays.

lol there is so much creatine shit out. Creatine gum, capsules, special formulated creatine that better than all the others etc...

Just buy the 100% mono ppl. I get mine from bulknutrition.

Is it okay to drink multiple protein shakes throughout the day? like 1 in the morning, 1 post and 1 before bed? 1 scoop each 21grams. The extra calories do not bother me.

I just mess with you man lol. You are pretty gullible and I cant believe you took me serious about the thigh pics and stuff. Its cool though, but if you get a chance post those pics.

best supplement = food

if you lack protein in your diet protein shakes will help

and creatine can help you with some strength
