I need to make some MDF rings tomorrow. I have access to the company woodshop so I have basically everything needed.
Any easy ways to make this? Any easy print-outs or dims you could give me would be helpful.
Thanks!

The dims are to your specs.
Do you have a router?
If so,
cut the outside diameter first and then the inside.
If you cut out the inside first it's hard to hold the ring down to go around it, if you know what I mean.

Yeah, we have a router at work. But how do I cut a circle? Is there some tool to connect?

Step one: Cut circle.

Titebond will work just fine as long as you have good joints. MDF does tend to soak up a lot of glue on cut edges so use plenty.
