I think that's part of the reason I stay so damned skinny. I eat all day, every day. Small amounts all day long. Either that or I'm just gifted.

sunday:

2 protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, a grilled chicken ancho burrito from qodoba, a little diet pepsi (maybe a cup and a half), another protein shake and a half a sweet potatoe melt

monday:
other half of sweet potatoe melt, 3-4 protein shakes at work, 3 teaspoons of no-sugar added applesauce at home and final meal was 1 cup of oatmeal with raisins, cinamon and 1 scoop of protein powder

tuesday:
1/2 cup of oatmeal like last night, 1 protein drink and 2 red delicious apples at work.... to bally's and had a can of ABB protein drink....... home = 3 -4 tablespoons of applesauce, another protein drink and a baked chicken breast with a slice of nonfat cheese and sundried tomato pesto

Oh, what I read of it didn't specify liquid or solid. In that case, I don't think I could do it, lol.

I was gonna say, I thought it was a protein shake in the morning, followed by food through the day, and then a low carb shake at night?

so is this just to lose a few pounds over a week? Then do you just eat a healthy diet to maintain?
