doing 8 -12 reps of medium weight with perfect form (9/10 or 10/10) is waaaaay better than doing the same with heavy weight and ok/so-so form
(5/10 or 6/10)
i can do pull-ups and i weigh about 165-168lbs
but when i do 105lbs on the lat machine, pull the bar all the way down to the point between my sternum and clavicles, i feel it waaay more in my lats.
