Alright guys, Im 19 and 175 lbs, Im gonna start training at the local gym.
What suppplements should I take? And how often should I be training??
I want to gain muscle and tone the blubber I have now.

I heard about Spawn, some kids that i graduated with are taken it, but I also heard your not supposed to take that shit till your at least 25 cuz its basically a steroid.

Make sure you are adequately fueling your body POST workout. Also, make sure to eat healthy foods high in proteins and carbs giving enough time to digest and make it to your system.
What don't you like to eat that is keeping you at your size? Anything you know you should add?

If you have no routine, no idea what to eat, taking a steroid makes NO sense. I mean its giving a Ferrari to a four year old, nothing really happens.

He could load a syringe and fire it in too....just not much would happen. Sure, you grow muscle on that stuff without doing much, but the right intake amplifies it greatly.
CA.com parallel, a 4,000 watt amp will more than likely run on 16 Ga everything, but not like it would on 0/1 and an extra battery.

If you are flubby, you need to tone up and get your body adjusted to lifting. So don't expect huge gains. A goal of 25lbs is not possible for you yet. You will get there, it will take time.
Get your form down, get your routine down and figure out what works for your body and you can start making goals.
I would suggest getting your body fat taken (most gyms have at least an electronic de...e that can give you an idea).
The key is to bulk and cut. Since you are out of shape, you are already "bulked", just an unhealthy one. So you need to shed some of that and get your muscle growing. When you reach an acceptable level, you can begin a bulk to put on healthy mass. This sucks because your going to get a bit squishy but you need this foundation. Think of modeling clay...the most you can make is the maximum you start with.

Things that I would emphasize so you aren't a total no...e lifter like I was for quite a while (I'm definitely not a pro) are..
Make sure you focus more on form and not how much weight you're lifting.
Make sure you have a routine that works all parts of your body
(Don't just focus on arms/upper body/one part of a muscle)
For example, for a long time I would only do flat bench press, dips and flies for my chest. I recently added incline and decline and am making noticeable gains.
Free Weights > Machines for many lifts, although some machines can be good. I use a couple machines along with free weights for my back.
