I don't have a gym membership at the moment, so I'll be doing a lot of kettlebell and Calisthenics exercises to start off. I've been eating healthier. Lots of fruits and veges. White meat. Fish. Nuts. Milk. Yogurt. Etc.

I'm giving up drinking and smoking.

Main goal is to get to 155 and get in shape.

First goal is 200lbs and I'm currently 214.0

I'm a very stout person. Barrel chest. Very muscular, thick thighs. Squats have always been my best exercise (fastest improving and unproportionate weight load to other exercises I did).

I don't want to get bulked though. Just want to get fit and some definition.

I got the exercises from Bodybuilding.com (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kettlebells.htm) and exrx.com (http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html). I'm going to start off doing this full-body, 5-6 days a week until I can better gauge these kettlebells. This is going to be my primary form of weight lighting and cardio combined.

Just got done with my Kettlebell exercise. I had to replace windmills with oblique shrugs because my left rotator cuff isn't in any condition to support the weight above my head while twisting.

I also added in a few more exercises but I'll list them later. I'm doing 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise. Will increase as I get more conditioned to the kettlebell.

Weight: 210.4

Pushing up the amount of reps I do. 2 sets of 15 and 1 set of 20. It was tough. Had to take a breather after a lot of the exercises. Need to do a better job of staying away from alcohol and shit like ranch dressing. Doesn't help that I have some sort of sinus infection right now though.

Gah... I need to start doing something after this Christmas break. Christmas morning I weighed 221 that night 229 when i left for school 234. Too much fun & food. My brother says I'm going to hit 450 if I keep it up. :rolleyes:

I'd be good if I was back at 180. Only being 5'10" I'm built bigger so I'm thinking 180 would do for me. What I weighed in high school. Odd thing is as 22x and at 180 I've always worn 34-36 jeans. You would think my pants would have needed to get bigger?

Just got done with my kettlebell. 3 sets of 15 is getting easier. It's nice to feel the effects of getting in shape again. I'm not breathing as hard at the end of a set of stairs anymore.
