This thread should serve as motivation to some of you fat asses. It will be the most epic weight loss thread this forum has seen.

Here I will document my progress.

BULK FAIL! But my strength probably reached an all time high, just didn't max to really see. And I am sure I put on a pound or two of muscle I lost while cutting before under all that flab.


My diet since August has consisted of whatever the fuck I wanted to eat whenever. Lots of fast food, and a shit ton of alcohol.Seriously probably averaged getting drunk 3 times a week. Only turn 21 once, and it was my first semester of my senior year in college so I lived it up and have no regrets. I am all partied out and shit is about to get serious.



I haven't even lifted but a few times the past month and a half. I had several big projects and finals around Mid-November and early December. Also deer season started. Plus I bought a PS3. That mother fucker made me lazy. I just decided i'd enjoy my break, hunted a shit ton, and neglected the weights.

Seriously. Here is my supplement stack. Before you tell me the aspirin isn't needed, fuck you. I'm using it.

The first month I am going to aim for 2,500 calories a day and 220g protein. No set cardio schedule due to walking several miles a week with a stand on my back deer hunting. I will break out the treadmill and do some 30-45 minute walks when I wake up some mornings and after some workouts. Goal is to shed 8 pounds the first month.

Workout routine is going to be basic.
5 Day Full Body Split with reps in the 6-10 range for compound exercises and 8-12 range for other exercises. I will probably do this the entire first month to get my muscles back in tune.


The only set meals will be breakfast and before bed.

For breakfast:
2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
cup of oats
and either another whole egg or a piece of toast


Before bed:
Fat free cottage cheese + Vanilla Casein Protein Powder + blueberries

The other 3-4 meals will be a lean meat such as fish, deer, or chicken and rice. Or a 1/4lb meat sandwich on wheat with lowfat cheese. Sweet taters, fat free yogurt, tuna + hamburger helper singles, rice cakes, and mixed veggies will be the rest of my diet. I will stray from it few and far between.

I may have a cheat meal ever 2 weeks or so. But as of right now I doubt I do for a month.

Home made protein bars will also be in the mix. My current recipe has them @ 384 calories, 38.5g protein, 6.5g fat, and 45.1g carb per bar.

No drinking period except for maybe special occassions (concert in town, someone's b-day, etc). The way its looking now there may be no drinking for months.

Well I think I have about covered it all. My plan will change slightly each month according to my weight loss. I know I can afford to lose weight more quickly now than I can later. And from my past experience the loss will come a lot quicker now. I wouldn't be surprised to lose 10lbs this first month if the ECA stack does what it did last time. Proceeding months will call for a stricter set cardio schedule also.


My overall goal is going to be around 8% bodyfat. If it takes 8 months, I will get it.




Also, I will make a contest. $10 paypal to the person who guesses closest on how many days it will take me to get back down to 180lbs.


And one more thing. I take this shit serious. If you have any doubts, your going to be proved wrong.



Flame away at how I ruined my Tappin Azz body in a measly 5 months. It will give me motivation.

The protein is essential. When you reduce your calories to lose weight you need protein to retain muscle mass. The white jug is whey, the other is casein. Whey absorbs quickly, casein absorbs more slowly (good for before you sleep).

The front three items are for a ECA stack. The Bronk Aid has the Epehedera, then I got caffeine and aspirin. Forgot to mention, starting out 1 bronkaid (25mg ephedera sulfate) with 200mg caffeine and 1 baby aspirin. Gonna take 2ce a day. Will up ephedera dosage as cycle progresses.

Mutli-vitamin is to get all the good shit I need since my diet will be so strict.

BCA is supposed to help retain muscle mass. I had it leftover from my last cut and need to use it anyway.

Creatine for strength.

In other news, did you gain much muscle mass? Your legs look to be about the same size as before. :crap:

Also, is a 5 day full body split doing full body workouts five days a week? I am just starting a 5 day split but with different muscles on each day. Shit's intense. My back is sore as tits today.

I know where to get the eca stack in pill form but it is expensive, I think I told DH about ephedra a long time ago. I can eat whatever I want when I am on the stack and not gain a lb.

I could use that protein recipe too. I have one, but I want to compare.
1 1/2 cup oats
5 scoops whey
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 bananas
Liquify all in blender, minus about half a cup of oats.

Put in oven @ 400 for 18-20 minutes
Take out, throw rest of oats on top.


Shit is nom. I have used vanilla protein powder and currently use strawberry for them. LOVE the bars! Taste better than the ones you buy fo sho.

I won't know if I gained much until I cut back down. Even if I didn't oh well. Being tone is my main goal. I will get serious about mass this fall. Gains for me come a lot harder now as far as mass.

That stuff IS legit!!! Better than the stack I'm doing. That stuff had me unable to sleep right for like 2 weeks. I was shaking and shit in class. Couldn't hardly eat. I may buy another bottle of it. Just seemed a lot stouter than what I am taking.

Well the first day back lifting went great. Did chest and abs. Felt awesome.

Following day (2 days ago) I did legs and didn't know if I was going to make it through the workout. Ha. Only did 2 sets of leg xts for warmup, 4 sets of squats, 2 sets of SLDL, 2 sets of hack squats, 2 sets of leg curls, and 2 sets of LX. I was getting light headed, headache, sick to my stomach. I know it was a combination of my weight room being like 42 degrees and the ECA stack.

That was 2 days ago and I still can't get around good today. Entire body is sore as fuck.

Have no appetite from the ECA stack, forcing myself to eat.

Going to try to do upper back tomorrow and traps, seeing as how lower back is bad sore from squats and SLDL.

I haven't even really been counting calories though. I counted so much last summer I know what a 400 calorie meal is.

Like how you can put custom foods in fitday though...

May try a diet next month with low calories and ridiculous amounts of protein..... Fitday would be awesome for that... Maybe 2,100 calories and 250g+ protein?

2100 cals seems really low for the type of workouts you are doing. Take it slow and steady 1-2lbs per week if want to maximize fat loss with minimal muscle loss. You'll just have to find what the magic calorie number is for you to lose 1-2 lbs a week which is 3500-7000 calories below maintenance per week. If you gain weight easy then I'd stick with something more along the line of 2500 cals getting anywhere from 0.8-2g of protein per lb of BW.

It all depends on how much I lose this first month. Its hard for me to get in even 2,500 calories of clean food right now cause the ECA stack. After another week my appetite should come back and I should be good to go.

I was probably 2-3% higher bf when I started cutting last February.
Now I know the ropes and know how easy it is once you get in the routine.

Some people think its hard. Its not. And like tappy said, I feel my life improves. I feel better overall, feel more accomplished, and more disciplined (BY FAR with no alcohol). Make better grades in school, take life more seriously. Its full of benefits. Not to mention all the compliments. In general you just feel a hell of a lot better. I already feel a hell of a lot better and I bet I have just lost a pound so far.

Today I had a great back workout. Got ol' girl to walk on the treadmill. She got in 2.67 miles by the time I finished.


Tomorrow will be shoulders/traps and next day arms.

My room mate and FB are amazed that I can eat so often and still lose weight. It was also amazement to people last summer.

Getting appetite back. This morning for breakfast I ate 3 whole eggs,2 egg whites, half a cup of oats w/ milk + splenda +cinnamon, and a piece of whole wheat toast. Biggest breakfast I have been able to eat yet.

Got country music blasting, Taylor Swift just came on, and I am feeling awesome for a Monday!

Going to be an excellent cut cycle this time, no doubt.

Oh yeah. I normally don't weigh myself but every 2 weeks or so but I hopped on the scale this morning and am about 2lbs down the first week which is what I expected. I still haven't gotten my appetite back yet though so I am struggling to get 2,500 calories.

Yesterday was the first day my legs weren't sore and I worked them out last Thursday. I managed to get 6,000+lbs over my previous leg workout. I love how quick you can get your strength back.

And this is what my shits look like on a healthy cut. I manage one, maybe two of these a day. And my piss is always this yellow due to the ECA stack. Gotta drink a ton of water every day. And yes, thats all the toilet paper I had to use. :grin3:

I don't take a regular aspirin. Just a baby one. Its like 1/3 of a regular one or something like that.

No. I used that stuff last year though.

I am just using over the counter Bronkaid (each tablet has 25mg ephderine sulfate or about 20mg standarized ephedra).

The asprin (or white willow bark in herbal form) prolongs the effects of the ephedrine and caffeine. Ephedrine is a bronchial dilator. It opens up the bronchial tubes and lets more oxygen in. It has the same problem that caffeine has though, in that it only lasts for an hour or two. The white willow bark(or asprin) helps to prolong the effects and makes it last for 6 to 8 hours.

The ECA stack is a weight loss stack. You look at 99% of the fat burning supplements out there, and they are all based on this stack. Steriods like Clen, Winnie, equipoise, are more expensive than the raw ECA stack, and definitely more harmful on the body than the ECA stack. The ECA stack is just like anything else. In moderation it has it's purpose, but it's the fuck nuts that abuse it that give it a bad name.

That stuff has good bit of ephedera per pill. About half the caffeine for an EC stack but i bet it'd get you pumped as hell.

The ECA pills on the first page are the real deal though. I took 2 bottles in 2 months. Had stronger side effects than the plain ole bronkaid and caffeine I'm taking now. Of course I like being able to sleep. lol.

I'll call it a loss on my part, but in the small percentage you are cereal, don't use steroids. Don't even consider them unless your hitting the gym for a solid year, following a tough regiment and not seeing results. Stuff has quick gains and quick losses as well. Just not worth it.

Tomorrow will be shoulders/traps and next day arms.

Had my first cheat meal in about 11 days tonight. Had a buffet with my parents and drank a Mt. Dew. Could only eat 1 plate thankfully. And avoided the fried foods.

yeah, i saw what you did there. i'm happy with my results so far just with P90X and additional cardio and diet.

Well it has been a weird 2 1/2 weeks. Weight hasn't dropped as fast as last year during the first month. But then again, my diet has been better and I haven't did any cardio yet. I know I lost several pounds of muscle last cut. Protein intake is CRITICAL to me this time.

I haven't dropped but about 3 or 4 pounds but I can tell a difference in my stomach flab already. Upper abs shed some fat also.
I believe I can be slightly more cut than I was last year at a higher weight.

Okay, its been 28 days.

I realized I made a mistake when I weighed myself the morning I started this cut. I had drank heavily the night before and did not take into account dehydration. No doubt I really weighed a pound or two more than what I initially posted. I am going to mark my beginning weight as 205ish.


This AM I weighed in at 199. So about a loss of 5-6lbs with no cardio except hunting. I only drank 1 time over the past 4 weeks and got SHITFACED that night. Had 3 cheat meals. 1 seafood buffet, 1 country buffet, and 1 fastfood meal that wasn't healthy. I have noticed the most fat loss in my upper ab area. Upper ups are becoming slightly visible already but its hard to tell b/c of the camera flash.

You may not can tell much difference this first month, but in the next month is when the losses will really start showing. Since I have gotten back into the swing of things I am going to start adding in cardio 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule. Also am going to start doing my superset cutting routine next week.

Cardio sessions will consist of 45 minute 4mph walks first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 minute 4mph walks after workouts, or 20 minute HIIT (1 minute walk, 1 minute spring, 1 minute walk, sprint, etc) first thing in morning or after workout.



One thing that has me bewildered is my legs. I didn't even work them out one time from mid-November til January 7th. yesterday I set a PR of 315lbsx12reps while on a caloric deficit for a month? Our bodys are amazing, what else can you say?

I have read studies where a week or two of rest can actually do you good. Hell, my legs had a month and a half of rest and I end up setting a PR just 5 leg workouts later? Crazy.


I did have some knee pain during my last bulk from squats. It is absent now. So i reckon that healed up over my break. HOWEVER, I think I jumped back into my workout too heavy. My right shoulder has bothered me on bench presses, shoulder presses, etc. I have went 4 days without doing any shoulder work so I am hoping today when I bench it will have ceased some. About to find out.

After looking back at the before pics some of you should be able to notice a difference after all. lost some of the upper love handles and upper knee at. Also lost some lower boob fat.

Main thing I realized is that either the ECA pills (the ones pl8er is using now) I took at the beginning of my cut last time were more potent than the Bronkaid +Caffeine I am taking now, or the stack just affects you less than the first time.

I have no clue on how many grams of fat. Doesn't really matter.

Equation is rather simple. Calories consumed and burned < basal metabolic weight= weight loss.

Keeping protein intake high (at least 1g per lb bodyweight) is muscle insurance while you cut.

And how much of a difference you see also depends on your body composition. If your trying to cut to 8% without much muscle base the results aren't going to look as impressive.

A perfect example would be me. I have a pretty good muscle base under that fat. My goal is to maintain as much of that muscle as possible while shedding the fat off. I make it a goal to consume 220g/protein a day...
