It seems every time I do a good ab workout I have to take a shit afterward. Which is why I do my ab workout last.

It seems like every time I do an ab workout, I do it last. And my abs are always sore the next two days.
I was taught to do core excercises last.
But I don't shit my pants while drift.

my classes were cancelled yesterday due to the amazing weather (which everyone bitches about, but living in NE Ohio for 21 years has made it easier to deal with) so I had all day to workout. I drank my pre-workout drink (creatine + anabolic stimulator), took a shit, did a legs/back workout then abs immediately after, drank post-workout protein drink, took a shit, popped 3 amplified muscle igniter 4x from gnc, did a cardio kenpo karate routine.... and took a third shit haha.
oh i had plans to hang out with this chick last night (she had blown me off last minute the previous 2 times) and SURPRISE!!!!! she blew me off again. doing the punching/kicking/blocking moves for the karate is extra intense when youre really pissed. one of the best workouts i have had lately because i was so fired up. i was "punching" about 4 different cunts i know the whole time.
