Hey all. I'm one fatass mother fucker and I want to change that. I'm 6'1.5", and I weigh ~270lbs. There's a personal trainer at my school's gym, and I was going to make a plan with him to get to an optimal body fat percentage. Providing I take the right supplements, do you all think I have a chance to have a good beach body by the end of the summer?

I would guess if you're calling yourself a fat ass it would be pretty tough to get a beach body in that amount of time. Would take insane commitment.

Don't eat high calorie fat foods and do lots of cardio. If i was ever at that point i would try and burn 1000 calories per day on an oliptical.

You can do about 700 cal. in about 45 minutes on an elliptical.

We've got an elliptical in our gym, and I'm definitely willing to do 1.5-2 hours a day on it.

what do you plan to do with your food? what are you currently eating? Can you do the elliptical in the early AM prior to eating food?

So when i cut just drop my calorie intake and eat lots of good source protein. And do cardio a few times a week.

Anything i am missing?
