It's hard to choose. Quiznos is a bit higher quality and their sauce is fucking delicious, but subway's vegetables are amazing.
If I could only eat from one I'd pick the quiz.

Well, Quiznos is a more 'gourmet' sandwich shop.... It's more expensive, and the ones I've been to aren't the best in terms of service or selection.
At subway, the sandwich you get is just the way you want it. I love subway.
Subway gets my vote.
