I've been looking for a job for a long long time down here in Phoenix. (mexicans take most of it)
Every job I go out to get seems to tell me to go through online sources and take a personality test/online app. Always ends in failure for me and have had no luck calling or getting call backs.

Has anyone had any luck fooling these stupid tests?

Yea I've established that. But there are certain things that cause you to instantly get a yellow or red light for it and I haven't been able to get a green through.

Also I lie on every single one.
