Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
My lower body is aching bad! Started working on my lower finally day before yesterday. No everything is on fire, cant walk straight. ugh drinking plenty of water, protein to keep up with recovery.

What workouts were you doing?
Greetins Biden, I am glad you are interested in my workout.
I did calv raises, leg extensions, super leg press, the machine where you bring your legs inwards, then the machine that you bring your legs outwards, and my personal new favorite thing to do Squats! Still trying to figure out which things I need to focus on more or less. I also run 2 miles at least couple times a week, I might start biking again though, less impact on the knees.

What is foam roll? Also for Icey hot, whats the purpose of this, I never understood why it works?

Work through the pain. You can easily differentiate between good hurt and bad hurt. Keep up with your water and food and you will be fine after a day or so.
