No it hasn't. My Hero is on 2.1. The updates for everyone else is expected to roll out around April 9th.
Besides, 1.5 was already more capable than iPhone OS 3.0.

Only in your eyes, bro. That's why apple is scrambling to find a way to make a voice controlled keyboard?

They already have the patent for that.

Speech to text is not the same as having your voice control everything for you.

That sounds stupid. Why would I want to have to spell everything out loud?

That would be apple's mockup version. Android is smarter than that.
Doesn't sound that way bro. I can say whole words and the phone understands them. I don't have to dictate and spell out each word letter by letter.

You speak normally on an Android. You don't know where you got this trolling info from.
You claimed that apple was (and I quote) "scrambling to develop a voice controlld keyboard". I pointed out that they were well past that and that the iPhone can hear whole words, not just letters.

It's not a development of apple. And Android hears whole words, and letters too if you're so inclined to spell it out.
Why would I want to spell it out?
On a side note, I am suprised that androd owners/app developers know how to spell. They werent even smart enough to buy the better phone...

Yeah, then it may be able to compete with Android.
Yeah, then it may be able to compete with Android.
Other way around bro, iPhone is already WAY ahead of Android... Android only holds 5% of smart phone market share compared to apples 15%...
_AnGeL_
04-06-2010, 06:19 PM
3 times ahead with only one phone against 10! damn we're good.
Edit that, found a more recent source, apple has 24.9% and android 6.8%
That is even more laughable.
