How do I ul a torrent to a tracker w/ utorrent?

I'll do an example from Waffles.fm.

1. Go to Waffles.fm. Navigate to the Upload page.
2. Scroll to where it says ""Your Announce URL is:" and copy the text in that box. This includes your passkey (very important for the tracker to identify you).
3. Go to uTorrent. File > Create New Torrent.
4. If you're uploading a single file, click "Add New File" and browse to choose the file you want to upload. If you're uploading multiple files, choose "Add Directory" and browse to the correct directory.
5. In the Trackers area, paste the Announce URL that you copied from Waffles.
6. Click "Private Torrent", then Create and Save As.
7. Going back to the Waffles Upload page, fill out the info for what you're uploading. In the "Torrent File" field, click Choose File. Then find the .torrent file that you saved from uTorrent.
8. With all details filled out and the .torrent file selected, click upload. Once the upload is completed, re-download the torrent from Waffles and point it to the right directory. Once uTorrent has checked that you have all the files associated with the torrent you created, it will start sharing it.

Yeah, I just got an invite and don't care for it. I don't like that you can't sort by encoding or bit rate options. I am not a FLAC guy, but I don't want to search through total crap or the lossless files to find what I want. Although downloading lossless is still better as I can transcode that.
