Looks like a type of Panaeolus. Next time you see one that looks like that, give it a pinch, and if it turns blue...I highly advise picking them ;)

I am willing to bet the camera is set on full auto on these pics. I am also curious to know what ISO setting the camera is set to, specifically on those dusk/sunset shots. Was just wondering, if it is a high ISO it looks like the sensor does not pick up a lot of noise.

What mode are you using it in most of the time? Also, I think the pictures look awesome but what JimJ is saying is that you have some harsh shadows in some of those pictures.

Fill flash and slow zoom lenses are two of the worst crutches that are included in new cameras that n00bs are better off without.
