Looking for a guitar in the $200 range. It's going to be a gift, but I want it to be decent. Help me out as I know nothing about guitars.

The pictures were taken at different angles.

Oh, and the body is made out of different woods, the heads are different colors, and likely there are no noticable sound differences.

One is star caster, which is fender's lowest line, the other is squier.
